The Signify IMC allows you to manage your organisation's users across a range of technologies. Log in using the login box on the lefthand side, and you will then have your personalised portal displayed.

Your username will normally be your e-mail address. Alternatively you can enter your unique Signify Account ID, if you are not sure what this is, then click on the green Question Mark icon and you will be able to search for your Account ID.

If you are not sure how to form your passcode, once you have entered your username, click on the Question Mark next to Passcode.

If you cannot remember your PIN/Password, or if you have lost or broken a token or other device, click on the 'Helpdesk' link in the top-right hand corner of the page.
